The website ProSignalRobot.com provides you a monthly to a lifetime subscription for binary options manual trading signal ‘Windows Software. The Pro Signal Robot customer can download and use it under the following Terms of Service. By using our products, we assume you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms below since they contain important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations.

1. Product License
All products conducted by Pro Signal Robot are licensed under the GNU General Public License. However, customers must first purchase any subscription plan for products to use in their system. Being a customer of Pro Signal Robot, you are provided customer account details for updating the products and request our support when needed. We only provide support and updates for the customers who purchase a subscription for our products.
The product license key after download:
- 1 PC subscription plan subscriber can be used for 1 (One) computer only. (License not allowed to change for new PC after activating.)
- 2 PCs plan subscribers can be used for up to 2 (Two) computers only. (License not allowed to change for new PC after activating.)
Don’t worry about it, If your computer Windows corrupted, Windows or Windows version changed with the same computer then there is no problem and you can reuse the same license key without any hassle or request a new license key for the same computer.
Remember: If your computer is broken or lost and wants to use the software with a new PC, in this condition, 1 PC subscription plan subscriber needs to buy again to get a new license key for a new computer. We have a solution for only 2 PC subscription plan subscribers to use software with 2 computers. (In this plan you will get 2 different license keys for your 2 computers.)
You will get updates and official support according to your chosen subscription plan. You can access your subscription dashboard download area to download the latest version of Pro Signal Robot anytime during the subscription period.
2. Product Updates
We are proud of our frequent update routine which keeps our products up-to-date and well maintained. However, Pro Signal Robot cannot guarantee that our products will be updated forever. At some point, the products will be considered “functionally complete” and only maintenance updates will be provided.
3. Product Compatibility
Compatibility information is included on the Pro Signal Robot product page. Besides, we recommend you contact our customer service dept via login to your subscription dashboard > Download > Need Help – section will answer all questions involved in product compatibility.
Supported Windows: Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and Windows 11. We do not guarantee other operating systems. Therefore, please make sure to read everything before the subscription purchase.
4. Refund Policy
The Pro Signal Robot subscription fee and products are not refundable, after subscription purchase, we don’t offer any refund guarantee so make sure you have read our Refund Policy, understood, and agreed to it before subscription purchase.
The products we provide are digital downloads and we cannot limit their usage after download. Due to the increase of fraud in the industry (subscription purchase and download the Pro Signal Robot and then request a refund to get the Pro Signal Robot for free). We do not accept it.
NO REFUNDS are possible because:
- The Customer decides he/she doesn’t want to use the Pro Signal Robot after download.
- The Customer decides he/she doesn’t want to use the Pro Signal Robot after using the one-time installation license key.
- These are software/digital goods, once they are received by a user it is not possible to return them.

We do want our subscribers to be satisfied with the products they purchase. However, we must stress that all information regarding our products is available on this website. Additionally, we offer free help and support to solve all questions.
5. Product Ownership
Customers may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of the Pro Signal Robot. They are also not allowed to resell or distribute our products in any form.
6. Account Access
You must provide your valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the subscription process. You must provide a valid email address to become a Registrant. Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Pro Signal Robot cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
7. Account Termination

Pro Signal Robot reserves the right to terminate any customer subscription account without notice. No refunds will be provided to customers who have their accounts terminated.

Our support hours – are 9 AM to 6 PM IST from Monday to Friday. (On all public holidays, not available for support.)
All plans receive unlimited support.
- With the 30 days plan included “Low Priority Support” – In this plan, you will get answers to all your question within 72 hours.
- The 365 days plan included “Medium Priority Support” – In this plan, you will get answers to all your question within 48 hours.
- The Lifetime plan included “High Priority Support” – In this plan, you will get answers to all your question within 24 hours.
